The Booz Allen Oahu Dive Group is now Official! We are in the planning phase, figuring out how we will be put together, and learning the skills and proficiency of the members. Our first meeting is being planned, and right now looks like it will January 26th. We still haven't decided on a location. If anyone wants to dive after the meeting, it will be someplace like Electric Beach, depending on conditions, of course.

Featured Dive Site

Electric Beach

Electric Beach is one of Oahu's better beach dives. It features a relatively easy entry, great things to see, and conditions are usually favorable, even when North Shore is getting pounded by huge surf. Current can be an issue, but generally, it is not significant. The one down side to Electric Beach is the area has been plagued by vehicle break-ins. One way to mitigate this is to dive on the weekends, when there are a lot of people around, and park next to one of the dive company vehicles, as they usually have someone there watching over things.
